Ruby

The location of Ruby Hotel was very convenient for the tourist sites like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia, it was a short walk to a main bus station. The room itself was a great size, included a mini-fridge with free water, tea, and coffee. There was a standing closet to store clothing. The bedside table had lamps with light switches next to the bed. The shower had great water pressure and warm water. The room included a radiator heater and an a/c unit. There was a TV but I did not turn it on to see what channels were offered. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap were included. They also had a hair dryer in the bathroom. Room service was excellent!

It was very excellent treatment from all management members, especially Mr. Abdullah, with his understanding of the customers and his assistance to them at all times and with all respect.

It's a beautiful hotel it might be the best I've ever been in. Great around the clock service. Friendly staff and manager that fulfill all my extra wishes without hesitations. Besides that: the whole hotel is like a beautiful piece of art. Beautiful rooms and beautiful halls. I have spent my vacation in two different rooms of the hotel, because the hotel is so unique and manager did everything for me the have that unique experience.. First night I spent in the deluxe double bed room and second in the large suite at top floor. The first one had a small but clean bathtub with jacuzzi functions and the second one has a big jacuzzi that can fit at least two people. Everything was fresh and clean and even if I would try to find some dust like they do in tose hotel tv shows, I couldn't. The suite has a double bed and an extra single bed in an extra room. There are fresh towels, tee, coffee, water cooker, a fridge, wardrobe, hotel slippers, soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, chairs, phone television, phone, mirror in both room and suite. All of those things were free to usw and i didn't need to pay for anything extra. Also even though I booked through booking I decided ti pay in cash and they agreed on it. What normally bothers me in other hotels is if there aren't enough sockets, be here there very lot, so it's not needed to the a power strip on vacation even if you're not alone in the hotel room. Everything there has a great quality and you feel that it was chosen with care. There is also an elevator to go to the room up wich is very good when you arrive very tired. The hotel staff even brought my luggage into my room. My check in was in the middle of the night which was not a problem, since they have a 24/7 reception. The doors have solid locks which gave me a good sense of security. The location is great, it's in the heart of Beşiktaş. There are incredible restaurants and café near by like valonia and happy moon.
